If you've forgotten your password, you can request a one-time use password reset by clicking the link here.
- Enter the email address you used when you set up your RBSE account and click the submit button.
- Our RBSE system will immediately send you an email with the subject line Reset Your Password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- Click the reset password link located within your email and you will be redirected to the RBSE password reset page.
- On the RBSE password reset page, enter your email address in the username field, and type and reconfirm your new password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long. Click reset password.
- After successfully resetting your password, you will automatically be redirected to your RBSE Dashboard page.
If you receive an error message saying a user with that email address can't be found:
- Search for the address rbse@reflectedbestselfexercise.com for any previous email correspondence you've received from us. Look for the email address that is listed in the "To" line. It's possible that you were invited under an alternate email or an email alias that forwards incoming mail to your primary email address. The email address you see in the "To" line is the email address we have in our system. Try steps 1-4 above again with this email address.
If you are still unable to access your dashboard, contact us at info@reflectedbestselfexercise.com and we'll be happy to help you locate your account. Be sure to include your full name and the correct email address associated with your RBSE account in your support message.
